James Doughty

Musical Supervisor

In his seven years as Music Supervisor for Sisco Entertainment, James’ vocal arrangements and orchestrations have been heard around the world. Most recently, he music directed and supervised Sisco’s flagship show, The Barricade Boys, from the West End’s Adelphi Theatre to Broadway’s iconic 54 Below. He has created new arrangements for The Showmen, Gravity, Come What May and The Knights, all of whom can be heard on luxury cruise lines and in exclusive resorts. When not working as a music director for Sisco, he can be seen touring his own piano show, in which he pays tribute to legends like Billy Joel, Elton John, Stevie Wonder and even ABBA!

Away from Sisco Entertainment, James is a successful and sought after musician in his own right. He has music directed theatre shows including Saturday Night Fever, Seussical The Musical, if/Then and Rent. He has played for music theatre superstars Laura Michelle Kelly, Kerry Ellis and Rachel Tucker, and is a composer and writer. His voice and fingers are regularly heard and seen in many venues across the UK, where he continues to delight audiences with performances filled with his unique blend of soul and power.
